Baking Soda: The Natural Teeth Whitener
Drinking sodas and smoking cigarettes can rob you of your sparkling smile. Fortunately, your home or grocery store offers secret solutions to stained teeth that will save you on trips to the dentist.
Take one strawberry and crush it with half a tablespoon of baking soda to create a paste. Spread this mixture on your teeth. Be sure to apply it evenly. Leave on your teeth for 5 minutes and then brush your teeth well. Remember to floss and rinse out any leftover paste that may stick to your teeth. This procedure once a week will keep your smile bright and white!
If you can’t find strawberries, you can just use baking soda. Put toothpaste on your toothbrush and then sprinkle with baking soda. Brush well, and you’ll see your stains rubbed off.
Baking soda with sea salt work great together because the salt will scrub off most stains. Baking soda, on the other hand, is a great whitener for your teeth. One tablespoon of salt with three tablespoons of baking soda will do wonders for your teeth.
Hydrogen peroxide can get rid of germs that cause odor and tooth decay, and will help against stained teeth. One tablespoon of baking soda mixed with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide will give you an effective paste to whiten your teeth.
Half a tablespoon of lemon juice combined with a tablespoon of baking soda will also help scrub those stubborn stains away. Remember, regular trips to the dentist are a must, but you can do your part in keeping your smile sparkling in between trips.
