After some times of the practice, you will enter into a phase called Mind Awake Body Asleep phase where your body will become heavy and you may tend to fall asleep.
Now, it is ideal time to roll your astral body out of your physical body. If you are feeling uneasiness or difficulties, you may just get up that your physical body is asleep and astral body is free to travel anywhere you wish to explore. To best experience this state, you may walk around your room and how it looks like in astral state. Touch on objects in your room and jump and make out the feeling that your body weight has lowered and you can stay afloat and fly in atmosphere.
