I know you’ve been thinking about body detox. Otherwise you wouldn’t have come onto this site, sniffing out information. And my guess is that you’ve come here for a definitive list of what detox systems work, of whether you should go with teas or pre-mixes, or sludge, or simply pay the hundreds of dollars for that colonic you’ve always known you should have gotten but have up until now avoided. Well, my friend: it’s a new day. Healthful living is popularized because health care itself is getting prohibitively more expensive.

The Millenials are safe because we’ve finally gotten the PR battle about clean living right. The days when it might be outside of the norm to stay virginal till married (though we REALLY don’t recommend that) and to never have touched a cigarette or tasted beer by the time you’re fifteen are gone. It was through the trial-and-error phase of the clean living movement– my generation– that so many people got the propaganda wrong and, as such, it’s my generation who will need these sorts of treatments more often, and soon.

If you want to know what the long-term effects of MMS are when you use it consistently, read on. Oftentimes, the supplement may give you nausea, but you may be surprised to know that it may also produce inflammation. When done over the short term, inflammation can be beneficial, in that it can increase blood flow to tissues and give them the nutritional support they need to heal. However, if your immune system remains on “high alert,” where you are experiencing inflammation beyond just its necessary function of removing microbes and diseased tissue, inflammatory response can become detrimental to you. In fact, inflammation can damage your body if it stays in place over the long term, and is thought to be at least partially the cause behind many chronic diseases today.

Chlorine dioxide works so effectively to kill microbes because it’s an oxidizer, and a powerful one at that. Substances that can oxidize within your body generally give you a strong immune response, which is why inflammation is often a nearly immediate response and can actually be necessary when the body is healing. Inflammation is the body’s way to take care of the healing process and speed it up by giving additional nutritional support to the area that needs it, and it also makes it much faster and easier for the body to remove its metabolic wastes. Of course, inflammation is unpleasant in the short term, but it may very well be that short term inflammation is necessary to maintain health. Unfortunately, traditional medicine states that any inflammation is bad, and therefore this natural response is often suppressed with anti-inflammatory medications specifically designed to suppress inflammation. Consuming additional antioxidants should be done separately from MMS, as if you consume your antioxidants too close to gather with MMS, they’ll cancel each other out, were in effect neutralized each other so that they have no effect. So if, for example, you take MMS before breakfast and before bedtime, take your antioxidants near the middle of the day.

This applies to antioxidants in the form of supplements, such as vitamin E, C and also B complex, grape seed extract, and coenzyme Q10. Foods that are rich in antioxidants such as berries, turmeric, polyunsaturated oils, Green tee, and fresh fruit are also best taken and consumed apart from MMS.

Keep in mind that too much of anything is not something to be desired. It’s also true of MMS. So be careful, and remember that being in good health takes careful attention to many things, because it occurs in many different facets of your diet and lifestyle. Over time and with diligence, your body will naturally strive towards equilibrium, and allow your body to return to its natural state of health.

What Can Be Treated With The Miracle Mineral Supplement?

Jim Humble’s invention, the Miracle Mineral Supplement, has been used for a lot of different diseases over the years, which has led to a lot of documented information as to how this supplement can best be used. The protocol is different whether the condition you suffer from his chronic or acute, and reading further will tell you which is best for what.

In acute conditions, such as a Malaria infection, it is recommended ingesting 15 drops immediately and then another 15 drops two hours later. It’s interesting to note that when faced with acute type conditions such as a snake bite or food poisoning, one is much less likely to experience nausea from having the same dose when suffering from a chronic condition.

If your condition is chronic, by contrast to the acute condition, you should begin slowly and build up over a space of a few days to 15 drops three times a day. This is easier to suggest than to do, because in most cases, you’re going to experience some sickness and some nausea. Because this is so, it’s best perhaps to have these reactions later in the program rather than at the beginning. Nonetheless, if you choose your times to ingest MMS wisely, you can make a big difference in these sorts of unpleasant side effects. One of the things that can help, for example, is if you take your MMS in the morning an hour after your first meal, and then in the evening just before bed. If you do this, it’s been said (through much feedback) that a lot of the nausea can be avoided — perhaps not all of it, but its effects will certainly be much less severe if you are asleep when it occurs.

If suffering an acute infection, a different methodology is suggested. Acute conditions require a beginning dose of 4 - 5 drops with the subsequent increase in dosage to happen quite quickly, regardless of sickness or possible encounters with nausea. As mentioned above, a double dose of roughly 13 - 15 drops is required for poisonings, snake bites and the like.

If a sinus infection is experienced it has been found that by breathing in the chlorine dioxide fumes given off by the mixture of one drop of MMS to five drops of citric acid is very effective - although it can prove to be quite irritating to the sensitive sinus tissue, so be careful!

If an individual suffers from inflamed skin conditions it has been shown that by bathing the affected area with a suitable solution of chlorine dioxide much relief can be had. Conditions such as long standing psoriasis have disappeared within weeks after this treatment.

Again, if you experience an infection in the mouth, such as with abscessed teeth or gums, use a solution of seven drops MMS, rinsed through the mouth and gargled. This has also been shown to be highly effective. As with any other type of protocol, experiment with dosages to see what may be best for you.

With tissue burns, there have been some amazing results with pure MMS solution. This remains inactivated as long as no citric acid used. After tissue burns have happened, the area becomes very acidic. If you apply a solution with a pH of about 13, acid byproducts are neutralized almost immediately. You should remove any solution from the skin within 30 seconds, because pure MMS is very caustic and can make the burn worse than it was previously. However, if you do this correctly, the burn will heal up to four times more quickly than it would if it were left untreated.

Chlorine dioxide can be an extremely useful tool if you use it properly, so it is suggested that you use MMS as suggested in Jim Humble’s protocol; if you use it for other applications than those it’s prescribed for, you should use common sense and make sure you follow the information as discussed above.

Never Undergo Ionic Foot Detox Without the Right Nutrients

Ionic Foot Detox Systems are used to rid the body of toxins accumulated by the consumption of unhealthy foods or drinks, breathing unhealthy air, taking drugs or being exposed to harmful chemicals. It is very important for boosting immunity. The best sources of fiber are whole foods (fruits, vegetables and grains). Because it is not always possible to get enough fiber this way, one can take a scoop of fiber supplement 15 minutes before breakfast and dinner with a large glass of water.
