How To Eliminate Unwanted Stuffs From Your Body

Sunday, June 28th, 2009

If you take a careful examination, the skin being the largest organ of the body is the most prone to dust and dirt exposure. Aside from this, you are also under the critiquing views of the public. Since the exposure is in a lifetime basis, pollution is everywhere and people’s eyes are merciless, you don’t want to be embarrassed because of your skin and body problems. Without breaking your medical budget apart, there are many things you can do to get rid of fat, acne and moles-the major skin pests of the century and the future.

Get Rid Of Fat - There are many medical procedures today that can get rid of fat. From liposuction to laser, they can be done in a single visit to the doctor. If somehow you feel your budget could not afford such, then you can start a regimen that regulates the fat intake and learn ways on how you can use well the food you eat so that they won’t turn into fat, get stored, get stuck and build up. The fact is you can eat ANYTHING but not AS MUCH. Eat much during breakfast; you need all the protein, carbo and fat for the day. Eat less during dinner because you do not need it during sleep and will accumulate and make you fat on the outside and the inside. DO eat vegetables and fruits, these are your number one natural cures to get rid of fat and clean your digestive tract.

Get Rid Of Acne - Talking about the face, what you want to do is to regulate the oil that is produced. You want moist skin, but not a shiny and oily face. Remember that in excess, sebum or oil plus dust and dirt causes the regular zits. When washing the face, DO pre-pamper it with warm water to open up the pores. After which, use over the counter products that contain;

a.) Benzoyl Peroxide and Triclosan for oily or acne-prone skin b.) Salicylic Acid

These are anti-bacterial; they exfoliate the surface, rejuvenate the skin and prevent further breakouts. With the pointer and middle finger, gently rub the cleanser on the face in a circular motion. Afterwards, wash it away with cold water so that the pore closes in the process.

Get Rid Of Moles - Moles are brown or black spots that are either pigments or outgrowth on the skin, caused by clusters of melanocytes on a single space. At home, the natural or over the counter products are available and can be used to treat moles. The biotechnology procedure includes a cream that is applied to the mole and covered for protection. It takes a week or two to get the results and scars will be of less worry. Mole treatment though is a sensitive issue as some cause cancer. To be sure enough, DO see a dermatologist. He knows how to get rid of moles safely by examination and explanation of the state of the mole. If there are complications, laser surgery is recommended to avoid pain and scar.

It is not easy to follow a regimen to get rid of things that you don’t want on your body. Remember that it takes time and constant effort to do so. Not everything can be done at home and everything starts with the will to get results. Start now, save time and do more.

Calories Can Really Make a Difference to Any Weight Loss Plan

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

Calories are very significant to any weight loss program. Not many people realize that their weight problem is likely due to a massive consumption of calories on a daily basis. How can we begin to be successful at any weight loss program when we are not willing to give up those foods that cause us to gain weight.

Don’t get all worried, I’m not suggesting that you need to count calories and get out that little food weight scale to measure everything you eat in ounces. That’s the last thing I would want to do as well.

However there is a real difference between counting calories and knowing the calorie counts for the foods you are eating. Not being aware of what you are eating and the amount of calories you consume on a daily basis, is just asking for trouble. Most of us are overweight because we had no idea of the extremely high calorie intake we were consuming each day. Not being aware of the calories in the foods we eat each day is like setting ourselves up for failure no matter what weight loss plan we are following.

A banana has 105 calories approximately, an apple has 71 calories approximately, and an orange has 61 calories approximately. Even though fruits don’t have a huge calorie count you would not want to eat a banana daily, when you could choose something with less calories.

Losing weight is all about calories…even fruits and vegetables in the lower calorie food group have different calorie values. Did you know that a medium banana is approximately 105 calories, a medium apple is approximately 71 calories and a medium orange is approximately 61 calories? I know your thinking, big deal.

Being aware of calories, is a big deal, if you want to lose weight you have to take in less calories than what you normally do. I know for myself I would rather have a banana split than a flavored yogurt for dessert, but just look at the difference in calories. I could have had 2 nutritious meals for the same amount of calories I ate in the banana split.

Eating sensibly doesn’t have to be that hard, it just has to be a well thought out balanced nutritious meal. I enjoy lots of fruits and vegetables, which amazingly become delicious after eating them for awhile. I can say this because I used to hate eating fruits and vegetables. Now I love them.

I have never had to deprive myself of eating anything during my weight loss program Eating sensibly has worked wonders for me.
