I bought Schwinn Prelude Men’s Road because it is a lot of bike for $250. The frame is aluminum, just like more expensive road bikes. Aluminum parts are lightweight, do not rust and should provide many years of trouble-free service. It has only had one problem since I bought it - the crank bearings began to click. This probably is a result of pulling 100 pounds regularly.

These bicycles get a lifetime warrantee on component parts!!! - I called the 800 number in the instructions manual. They sent me another bearing set and I installed them. General, everything is great and exactly what you’d expect from Schwinn. If you’re searching for a wonderful road bike that won’t cost you an arm and a leg, you should definitely pick up the Schwinn Prelude!

Once it’s assembled and proper, it’s a very nice bike. It’s not the smoothest thing ever on changing gears, but it does well enough and the chain slips off very rarely compared with other bikes I’ve owned. It’s also very light compared to the other road bikes I’ve owned, which were much older and probably cheaply made. I know it isn’t very light compared to a more top of the line (expensive) road bike. Overall I’m very happy with it and it more than meets my needs for commuting.

I love Schwinn Prelude Mens Road bike. It is amazing! It’s very lightweight so you could ride very fast without pumping the pedals so much. I absolutely love it- it’s very comfortable, although the seat isn’t that great. After having been riding it for one month, I find that what a right chosen I’ve made. You may spend a thousand bucks on a road bike which is like this one.

Anyway, I’m really happy with this great product. I really like this bike and I would recommend to everyone who wants to get a nice and low-cost road bike. Schwinn Prelude Mens Road is a nicest bicycle you could ever get for this price.Good speed. Awesome looking. Smooth ride and smooth gears. I absolutely recommend this bicycle. Overall, I am really delighted with the bicycle considering the cost I paid.
