Understanding the Universal Law Of Attraction

Thursday, April 2nd, 2009

What the Universal Law of Attraction says is that the things that come into our life are a result of our thoughts being focused on them so we can attract good or bad things.

Usually we do not plan to attract things into our life. Our daily thoughts are focused on the issues we are dealing with and we are trying to work through the problems we have. When we focus on our problems and that is where are thoughts are always at we are likely to attract more of the same into our lives.

It’s like your mind is a magnet and you can’t help but attract things, good and bad things. Magnets also do not try to draw metals to them, it just happens. We are always attracting things into our lives even if we are totally unaware that it is happening. This is even true when we are sleeping. The things we attract are those that we are focused on. If you focus on the things you do not have than you will have more experiences of NOT having those things. If you focus on the things you love instead than those things will be attracted into your life.

Your mind is a very powerful thing and when you use it to focus on the things you want in your life you have the power to draw these good things into your life.

For example, if you want to change something in your life, if you want to become more attractive, confident or creative, if you want to attract love or wealth into your life- download and use Subliminal Flash software. It imprints positive affirmations in your subconscious mind. Subliminal Flash users are like walking magnets, they attract prosperity and success.

Have you heard the old Proverb from the bible that says “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he”? The unique thing about this proverb is how the refer to thinking with the heart when we are used to thinking with our minds. If you think with your heart you send out signals to the Universe and the Universe will respond to your thoughts and desires.

The heart is where your power really is because that is the part of your body that can communicate with the Universe. The heart is magnetic and draws to it what it wants and focuses on.

It is like we are a radio and we are changing the station frequently. When we leave the radio, or our heart, on a specific station, that is the signals that go out into the Universe.

To get less of the things you do not want in your life, you need to be on the correct frequency so your signals to the Universe are about things you DO want.

The Art of Deliberate Attraction can be broken down into three items:

1. Understanding and really knowing what it is you want in your life. 2. Tuning your heart and mind together so they send out the right signals to the Universe. 3. Being open to receiving the things you ask for.

Many of us miss the chance to use the contrasts in our lives to fine tune our thoughts and desires and focus more on the things we truly desire. You should pay attention the the contrasts in your life and use what you learn to refine your focus. It is not easy because we are used to talking about and thinking about the things we are unhappy with in our life not focusing on the good.

Being open to receiving the things you ask for is sometimes the hardest part of all. We often miss opportunities to get the things we want because we do not believe in ourselves or in the power of the Universe. We hang on to negative thoughts and emotions.

The thing we all need to do is to open our hearts and minds and believe in the power of the Universal Law of Attraction.

Why Self Motivation is Important

Monday, March 23rd, 2009

Why is self motivation important? Despite there being tons of books, courses and resources on motivation out there, many people still do not acknowledge the importance of having self motivation.

The problem is there are people who simplistically believe that because human beings universally desire success, happiness, wealth etc, that desire would already provide enough motivation for them.

However, that low level of motivation is really actually only a kind of wishful thinking. It’s not enough. It’s like saying you want something to happen, but you’re not willing to commit to make it happen. There’s a big difference between wishful thinking, and being totally committed.

If things are going fine, if everything is smooth sailing, then perhaps we can say that motivation isn’t really that important. However when a person faces major setbacks or personal disasters, the importance of having strong self motivation will become apparent.

Let’s say someone faces a major crisis in his life. How would that person react to it if he has low self motivation? He would probably not react in a positive manner. He will probably focus on the worst, feel angry, self pity and sad, rather than try to fix the problem.

Compare that with people who have strong self motivation. Many of those negative reactions will never happen. If you have strong self motivation, no matter what happens you will be focused on turning things around and coming back stronger. Instead of feeling miserable and sorry for yourself whenever you face setbacks, why not have self motivation.

Another important reason for self motivation is it pushes us to improvement, to make strides and progress. Imagine what our world would be like if none of the scientists, inventors or engineers had the motivation to bring and create various technological advancements to humankind.

It is through having motivation that they are able turn the idea in their mind into reality. Without it, they would never be able to overcome the difficulties, setbacks and disappointments, and keep putting in the effort to make it happen.

The importance of motivation is clear. Motivation is the one thing that keeps us going when the going gets tough. When we feel like giving up; when we feel lazy; when we feel frustrated, it is motivation that pulls us through.

Having A Coach Can Change your Life … Are Your Ready?

Monday, March 23rd, 2009

Whether your life is running smoothly or you face daily crises; you are happy in your career or looking for a change; your relationships are happy or there doesn’t seem to be anyone for you, maybe a coach is in your future. Having a coach means youd have somebody in your life to get you to do the things you don’t want to do so you can get to where you want to be.

And this is right even if your life appears to be functional already. The truth is, everyone could profit by utilizing a coach. Ask yourself, “Am I prepared, willing and capable to make modifications in my life to produce the future that I desire?” If you responded yes to all 3 parts, your time is now.

Coaching isn’t a new profession. Athletes, actors and actresses, and musicians have engaged them for years. Executive coaches have been coaching in big companies for a long time - working with top management to make them more efficient managers.

What’s different about this new way of coaching is threefold:

1) individualized and professional coaching is accessible to everybody who wants it. You choose you’re set for change and that you want a coach. It’s not up to your superior to determine when the time is right.

2) Coaching is affordable. Basic fees for a individual coach can be handled in just about any budget, ranging from $200 to $500 per month. Group coaching can frequently be found for less.

Three - Simplicity is fundamental to the coaching relationship. Just about all coaching is done over the phone making scheduling easy. If you have access to a telephone, you will be able to hire a coach. With long distance costing so little these days (frequently free), the cost for calls is minimal.

People hire a coach for many reasons. The one thread that people who hire coaches have in common is a strong desire to change something in their own life to create a future of their choosing.

Once you decide you want to hire a coach, though, dont just go out and hire the first one you find. Do your homework. Make sure your coach has been properly trained in the skills of coaching through an accredited coach training school. Interview more than one coach and get a feel for who they are and whether they have the experience you need to be effective as your coach.

Lastly, use your gut. Rely on your personal instincts when it concerns making your selection. Observe how you feel when you are in conversation with each coach. The appropriate coach for you will feel precisely right. Bear in mind, also, that at other times in your life, a different coach might be more suitable for you.

I know the power of coaching. I’m a coach and have been for 15 years but I still have my own coach. I have experienced the power of coaching in my own life and have been witness to some amazing changes in the lives of my clients

If you have any doubts, try it out awhile. There are few coaches who demand a long commitment and you will know quickly if coaching is working for you. Just be geared up for change. At the appropriate time and with the right coach, your life will be different.

How Your Healthy Whole Body & Well-Tuned Vehicles are Similar

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

More often than not people will identify themselves by their body. With labels of tall, short, thin, muscular, curvy, healthy, and unhealthy and the like, there are actually very few who are able to step outside of these ‘traditional’ definitions we have adopted so readily. Our flesh holds a blessed vehicle for us to carry with us our personal joys and troubles, our victories and our challenges.

Why not take supreme and ultimate care of the wonderful vehicle your body actually is, instead of defining it, allowing that definition of tall or short, thin or curvy, to completely rule how you ultimately decide to treat your body?

We are going to use a common metaphor to relate to the human body. We will use a car as an example. They both happen to be vehicles which can last quite a long time if properly looked after and cared for. It makes no matter what style or model your car is, as long as it gets you from point A to point B. The same will apply to your body, as long as you take care of it.

How Do You Treat Your Car And How Do You Treat Your Body?

Often our cars receive better treatment than we do our very own bodies. From premium gas (no matter how much more expensive it is) to the scheduled cleaning on a regular basis, our automobiles are living the good life so to speak. Meanwhile, we are filling our bodies with junk food lacking in nutritional value, as well as not taking the time or money for basic care for our body and soul.

When our body gives us nudges such as pings and knocks and other loud, unavoidable signals when something is required, we tend to ignore it. However, the slightest sniffle or shimmy coming from underneath the hood of the car sends us immediately to our mechanic for diagnosis and treatment.

You might be thinking ‘but it’s dangerous to ignore these sounds from your car.” This is true, squeaking brakes or a grinding noise from the rear axel could cause an accident. However, the sounds and signals your body gives you are just as dangerous. We’ve all heard the horror stories about a friend or family member who ignored the signs and then it was too late.

Instead of continuing to follow this path, appreciate whatever shape, form and situation your body is in. It has taken you where you have needed to go, and so far hasn’t let you down. Embrace your healthy whole body as of right now, because while you are much more than your body itself, you just can’t exist and experience life without it.

Some Questions to Consider:

Your car will be unable to run or take you where you want to go without putting in the right grade of fuel. Are you running on empty? Using the best fuel? If you’re not, begin today to make small changes. Drink more water, replace empty calories with nutrients. Feed your body well and it’ll take you far.

Are you paying attention to the check engine light blinking on your dashboard? We’re talking about self care here, are you setting time aside for yourself, getting regular checkups, and striving for some kind of balance. You don’t have to schedule a weekly massage or a thousand dollar spa spending spree, if you can of course go for it. However, you can take a walk, take a candle lit bubble bath, spend time playing board games with your friends and family - there are a lot of ways to step back and enjoy your life, find balance, and take care of the signals your body is sending you.

It makes sense to take care of yourself in all the ways that you know how and are able to. You can wait until your car breaks down to get it repaired or you can choose regular maintenance, following up right away when you notice a rattle, a chug in the engine, wiper blades that don’t clear the windshield, any malfunction.

Finally, when the tread gets thin on your tires, you replace them right? What about when your tread gets thin? We all need to take time to evaluate our lives, where we are and where we’re going. Our needs change over time and if we ignore these changing needs we ignore who we are - not a good thing for our health or our happiness.

The next time you’re at the gas pumps or washing the car, take a step back and remember if it wasn’t for the divine vehicle you take residence in - your own body, you wouldn’t be able to do any of these things. Make sure you take care of it; it’s the only one you’ll ever get.

Daily Affirmations for Well-being and Happiness

Friday, March 20th, 2009

When setting goals and desiring certain changes in your life you may find it easier said than actually achieving those goals, or making the changes happen. The right attitude, determination and some tools for the job make this an easier accomplishment. One very powerful tool is daily affirmations when making changes in your life. By instilling daily affirmations, those changes will provide you with a more positive and empowering experience.

What is an Affirmation?

In many ways an affirmation is the opposite of a complaint. An example of this could be a complaint of, “I’m always so tired.” The opposite, the affirmation could be, “I’m full of energy, awake, and alive.”

The goals we have and the changes we desire are represented by affirmations. It’s important to state them positively and in the present tense. There are no rules to follow concerning the appropriateness of any affirmation; it could be material, spiritual or a combination of both types.

Some of us have the simple desire to be happy. While we want to embrace well-being, we realize how elusive it may be. Being tested by our day to day difficulties and challenges, not to mention our habits which have become deeply instilled within us, it is possible to achieve the opposite result instead. The path we follow to reach our goal of general happiness and well-being can be approached with ease when daily affirmations become part of our journey. You will find here a few affirmations extracted from the Ernest Holmes book, The Science of Mind, originally published in 1926. .

- I am happy and complete today and forever. Within me is that which is Perfect and Complete. It is The Spirit of all Life, Truth, and Action. I am happy in the sure knowledge of the Inner Light. I cannot be sad nor sorry, but must radiate Joy and Life, For Life is within me now. I am happy and complete.

- Perfection is already accomplished. I do not have to wait for the Perfect Life. I am that Perfect Life here and now. Today I express the Limitless Life of the All Good. Today I manifest my Completion in every part of me. Today I am saved. Here and now I am healed.

Affirmations don’t have to be longwinded paragraphs, they can be simple sentences designed to inspire and uplift. For example,

- I am entirely happy in mind, spirit and body.

- I am radiant, happy and healthy.

- I am a being of radiance filled with light and love.

- I accept and love myself just as I am.

- I now express love to all those I meet.

Creating Personal Affirmations

What exactly do you want from life? Needless to say, this might be difficult to fathom for many people. Should this be your personal situation, simply ask yourself what it is you don’t want, followed by the opposite of this to create your personal affirmation. It will sound something like, “I don’t want to be affected by stress when at the workplace.” The affirmation will become, “I feel at peace at all times no matter the circumstances around me, or what challenges I face. I know God will provide for my every need.”

Be sure to phrase your affirmations positively and in the present tense. Once you have your affirmation or affirmations, post them somewhere you will see them often. Suggestions include your bathroom mirror, your laptop or planner, or your journal. Repeat your affirmations at least three times a day and certainly when you’re feeling particularly challenged. Eventually you’ll have your affirmations memorized and repeating them will become second nature.

Daily affirmations designed to embrace and bring about a sense of well being and happiness is a terrific way to initiate the affirmation process. Once you have the ball rolling, consider tracking your affirmations and the changes in your life as a result. This will help you embrace the practice and to evaluate what other areas of your life might benefit from daily affirmations.

Commonalities between Your Healthy Whole Body & a Well-Tuned Vehicle

Friday, March 20th, 2009

It’s a common occurrence for us to use our body in order to identify ourselves. We use labels such as tall, short, thin, muscular, curvy, healthy, and unhealthy and so on. There are very few people who are able to take that step outside of a particular definition and consider our body as what it is in reality - a blessed vehicle carrying us through times of joy, troubles, victory and challenges.

Rather than define it and let that definition rule how you treat your body, because really you are much more than tall or short, thin or curvy, why not take supreme care of it. Why not treat it as the wonderful vehicle it is?

There is a common metaphor often used when discussing the human body and it just happens to be a car. Both being vehicles we depend on to get us where we need to go, properly taken care of they can both be counted on and reliable in their own way.

How Do You Care For Your Car And How Do You Care For Your Body?

“But it’s dangerous to ignore these sounds from your car.” This is in fact true, squealing brakes and grinding noises from the rear end of your car could cause an accident. The sounds and signals from your body are just as important to pay attention to.

Your car may start to spat and sputter, becoming unable to run or take you where you need to go if you don’t use the right grade of fuel. Are you using the best fuel possible? Drinking more water and replacing those empty calories with appropriate nutrients will feed your body properly so your body will take you far.

Are you noticing the check engine light shining at you from the dashboard? This is self care we are talking about here. It doesn’t have to be massages twice a week or expensive spa weekends four times a year, but if you can afford it, by all means, enjoy! If this isn’t a possibility, go for a walk, enjoy a bubble bath in candle light, schedule a family game night - there are many fantastic ways to take a step back to enjoy your life, find a balance and take care of the signals your body is shouting at you to be recognized.

Taking care of yourself in any possible way you can just makes sense. You know you can do it now and schedule regular maintenance instead of waiting until the car breaks down completely and needs more repairs. Follow up right away when you hear that first sign of a rattle, a skip in the transmission when you change gears, or the wipers only clear the bottom half of the windshield.

Last but not least, when you find the tread wearing thin on your tires, you replace them right? Each of us needs to take time out to evaluate the steady running of our lives, where we are and where we want to be. It’s normal for our needs change over time and ignoring these changing needs results in us ignoring who we really are - and this is not good for our health or our happiness.

So remember, the next time you stop for gas or wash your car, take a moment to step back and think how you wouldn’t be able to complete any of these tasks without the divine vehicle you live in - your body. Take care of it, pamper it; it’s the only one you’re going to get.

Why the Law of Attraction Is Not Making You Wealthy Beyond Your Dreams

Monday, March 16th, 2009

A lot of people think there is really no truth at all to the power of the Law of Attraction. These people need to be aware that even though they don’t believe, the Law of Attraction is affecting their life and quite possibly the reason for the negativity in their life.

Wealth is what most people want so here is some information about the Law of Attraction and why you are not rich.

You need not believe in or think about the Law of Attraction for it to operate in your life. In this respect, it is like the law of gravity which is always there and always in effect even if you forget all about it.

There is a scientific truth to the idea that our brain emits vibrational frequencies. The Universe responds to your brain’s frequencies by bringing into your life the things you are most focused on in your thoughts. The things that you are in tune with are the things you get in your life.

There is a difference between the negative emotions you send out into the Universe like worry, fear and stress about not having enough money and the positive emotions others send out into the universe of appreciation and love. The more you send out the negative emotions the more problems you will have with money.

Feeling like money is the only thing in the world that could make you happy actually causes the Law of the Universe to send you the opposite because you are focused on the negative aspect of money in your life.

How do you use the Law of Attraction to bring more money into your life?

First you need to make sure you are focusing on the things you want in your life in a positive way and not what you don’t want. If lots of money is what you want that should be your focus but you need to think about more than wanting it and focus on being thankful for getting and imagine that you already had it in your life. Your thoughts need to be focused in this manner from your conscious to sub-conscious mind.

Is it possible to overcome that nagging negativity about money in your sub-conscious?

You have many ways of uniting your sub-conscious and your conscious minds on your goals and desires. This will ensure the Law of Attraction brings you the things you truly want.

You can meditate, take advantage of brain wave technology, remove any emotional and mental blocks that are preventing your from thinking positively, use electronic frequency transfer and always be appreciative for the good things you do have in your life.

The best way is using subliminal messages. Download Subliminal Flash program and use it daily. It contains affirmations related to success, wealth and prosperity. When you use Subliminal Flash those affirmations are accepted by your subconscious mind and your mind attracts good things into your life, just like a magnet. You will feel changes in your life after 5 days of using it.

The sooner you get in a place where you appreciate what you have and are not focused on what you don’t you will be a happier and more satisfied person.

Try making a list of everything that is good in your life and using that to remind yourself daily of how truly blessed you are.

Enjoy the little things like finding spare change in your purse or getting a few extra dollars in your paycheck this week. Let yourself be appreciative and happy for all your blessings big or small.

The more you practice this appreciative attitude the more likely you are to attract more good things into your life in the future.
